US rap superstar Nelly, teams up with Destiny's Child's Kelly Rowland for the October 14th release of his brand new Universal single "Dilemma". "Dilemma" has been number 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles Chart for the last four weeks, amazingly knocking "Hot In Herre", his previous number 1 single off the top spot. Nelly is only the sixth artist to have two consecutive No. 1 hits, following Elvis Presley, the Beatles, Boyz II Men, Puff Daddy, and Ja Rule."
It was always going to be difficult for Nelly to follow his 10-million selling debut, "Country Grammar", but the astonishing success of the already 4 million selling "Nellyville" and the release of "Dilemma" have established Nelly as a truly Global superstar. "Nellyville"'s success was triggered by the album's first single "Hot In Herre" which went to no. 1 in the US, no. 4 in the UK and has been THE tune of the summer. "Nellyville" is fast approaching double Gold staus in the UK and Nelly has also just received two Mobo nominations for this year's MOBO awards in the Best Hip Hop Artist and Best Single categories.
