As the album 'Rocksteady' goes from strength to strength, No Doubt release the latest single from it 'Underneath It All' on September 30th. A classic summer hit in the making 'Underneath It All' is a gentle Caribbean tinged heart warmer, given the No Doubt treatment. He track also features some first class toasting courtesy of dancehall legend Miss Lady Saw.
The video for the song is also great - starting with Gwen looking very Moulin Rouge, it gently peels away the layers until the final shot, which sees a very natural, simple looking Gwen. The moral of the story? Real beauty lies underneath it all.
The band have spent the summer hard at work around the world, playing some classic festivals including Glastonbury, and T In The Park, where Gwen took her life in her hands by climbing to the top of the massive lighting rig used on the mail stage, something that caused a minor panic with the bands tour manager and security guard. Still, that's life on the road with No Doubt.
